Brain Hacks for the Week
I've been attempting a practice of writing the last task in a notebook whenever I'm between tasks, which is when I usually turn to the internet. So far it's been working pretty well. Something else that's been working pretty well is putting the phone on the charger in the kitchen at night rather than by the bed. Unfortunately, I need to get a lot better at ebook organization and synchronization between my phone and a dumb reader.
